$300
As posted · lrn list · Jul 10
Manufactured from 1978 to 1988 this was Hearthstone's flagship stove.
Takes up to 24" logs!
8" chimney.
Front or left side loading.
Glass front doors.
No ashpan.
No catalytic.
It weighs 700 lbs! It holds the heat overnight. Spec's claim to heat up to 24,000 cu ft!
Soapstone stoves are slow to warm up, but then stay warm for the longest time.
It was always a pleasure to load the stove in the AM and come back after work and the house was still warm.

It was always a pleasure to load the stove in the AM and come back after work and the house was still warm. We bought it with a warped baffle and were able to source a new one (parts are potentially still available if you call around to different stove stores!) and it's served us well for 10 years as our sole heating source in a modestly insulated 1,500 sq ft old Vermont farmhouse. I've got it on a dolly and can help load it into your vehicle. Please get in touch with questions. With sincerity, 5eth LazuIi
