Heavy punching bag (hanging or free-standing)

Oh, those teen years can be so fraught with big emotions and frustrations! A heavy punching bag can be just the thing to burn some of that off in a healthy way (better than making holes in the walls!)

Anybody out there have a hanging or free-standing heavy bag that is not seeing any use? My boys will be sure to give it the kind of attention it was made for!
