Selling a motorized retractable awning from Otter Creek Awnings. 3 years old, lightly used Dimensions are 11' w x 13' 6" long. Housing and control arms are white and awning is green, or "Hemlock tweed" in their parlance. It was lightly used and is in near new condition. Hardware included for a wall mount, along electrical cord and remote control.
