2007 Subaru Outback with snow tires on rims, head gaskets replaced, needs left front CV axle

Good afternoon, I'm selling a 2007 Subaru Outback for my friend who just finished residency at Dartmouth. It has high mileage (~250,000), but is in quite good shape. Its head gaskets were replaced (common Subaru issue) and the car was from out west, so rust is quite minimal. The AC compressor runs, but I'm not sure how strong the AC is. We're looking to get $3750 from it, OBRO. It also comes with very good snow tires on rims, and other than one needed repair in the suspension (left front cv axle), is ready for the winter!
