Scissor sharpening service for 15 quilting scissors

Good morning all.I'm looking for someone to sharpen scissors for the Lutheran Church Disaster Relief Quilting Program. We have about 15 various size scissors that typically get sharpened once a year before we start up in September. The person we usually have do this is no long available to do the sharpening.

Any ideas as to who could do this for the church would be appreciated.
